PARIS, July 25 (Reuters) – Top stocks to watch on Monday on Wall Street, where futures are pointing to a slightly higher open higher:

* T-MOBILE US TMUS.O on Friday agreed to pay $350 million and spend another $150 million on improving data security and settling a lawsuit over a cyberattack that last year compromised information about 76.6 million people.

* AMERICAN EXPRESS AXP.N – The stock gained 1.08% in pre-market trading, driven by many analysts raising their price targets after the group released its second-quarter results and revised its revenue forecasts annual business on the rise.

* INTEL INTC.O announced on Monday that it will produce chips for Taiwanese semiconductor company MediaTek

2454.TW.

* UBER UBER.N has reached an agreement with the American courts by admitting that it had not reported to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the main authority on competition in the United States, the hacking of data from 57 million users in 2016.

* CENTENE CNC.N said on Monday it had agreed to sell its business in Spain and central Europe to French group of private clinics and hospitals Vivalto Santé. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

* NEWMONT NEM.N – The mining company announced on Monday a drop of around 41% in its adjusted profit for the second quarter, impacted by the fall in the price of gold. The title lost 3% in pre-market

* BLACKSTONE BX.N – KBW lowers its ‘online performance’ recommendation to ‘outperformance’.

* TESLA TSLA.O gained nearly 1% in pre-market trading, as Daiwa Capital raised its price target to $930 from $800.

* VERIZON VZ.N – Scotiabank lowers its recommendation to “sector performance” from “sector outperformance”.

Many analysts are also lowering their price targets on the stock.

* SNAP SNAP.N – Wells Fargo lowers its recommendation to “line weight” from “overweight” and its price target to $14 from $27. The title lost 3.4% before the market.

* ACTIVISION BLIZZARD ATVI.O – Moffettnathanson raises its recommendation to “outperformance” against “market performance”.

* REGENERON PHARMACEUTICALS REGN.O – SVB Securities lowers its recommendation to “market performance” against “outperformance”.
