Here it all starts (spoilers): Theo finally passes the Vatel prize and Salomé catches Swan’s eye

On Monday July 18 in Here it all begins (6:35 p.m., TF1), Théo’s efforts are finally rewarded, but his victory has a bittersweet taste. For her part, Salomé arrives at the Beaumont hotel and meets Swan.

In the Monday July 18 episode of Here it all begins, the whole story around the Vatel prize ends with a victory for Théo (Khaled Alouach). Despite Louis’ (Fabian Wolfrom) schemes to keep her from winning it, Théo wins the Vatel prize and makes his father proud of him. Teyssier (Benjamin Baroche) even made a point of giving him a little surprise to congratulate him on having made the Double A shine. left for Paris without saying goodbye. But the latter returns while he is in the middle of a conversation with Axel (Thomas Da Costa) and the couple can then have an open discussion. Célia tells Théo that she is proud of him and that he must continue his journey with or without her.. She already knows a long-distance relationship wouldn’t work, so the pair decide to enjoy their last hours together before what seems like a permanent split.

At the Institute, the 1st year students have decided to support Kelly (Axelle Dodier) and Lionel (Lucien Belvès) who still think they deserved as much as Hortense (Catherine Davydzenka) and Mehdi (Marvin Pellegrino) to manage pop -up. When the latter seek to constitute their brigade, all students refuse to work with them, which brings the two couples into the office of chef Armand (Elsa Lunghini). On an idea from Mehdi, the couples decide to compete in the kitchen so that Clotilde decides between them and who deserves the most to take care of the restaurant. After fierce competition, Hortense and Mehdi manage to impress the chef who declares that they will be the two managers of the pop-up. She also counts on Kelly and Lionel to tell the 1st years that he is no need to continue to boycott the pop-up brigade.

Will Salomé finally forget Axel?

Finally at the Hotel Beaumont, the pastry championship pushes chef Delobel (Joseph Malerba) to reorganize his staff, and so he decides to make Alban a steward. A humiliating development for chef Alban (Franck Libert) who is less and less tolerant of what is happening in his workplace and even goes as far as threaten Noémie (Lucia Passaniti) with reprisals. Especially since when he arrives, Teyssier does not hesitate to drive the point home and lower it. The hotel is frequented by all the chefs and their brigades for the competition, and it is in particular an opportunity for Anaïs (Julie Sassoust) and Salomé (Aurélie Pons) to get to know Swan (Cyril Durel), the young second to chef Cardone (Alexandra Vandernoot). If Anaïs seems under his spell, it is Salomé who, according to the photo he took of her, caught the eye of the young man…
