After a stint in Switzerland and Spain, the Spanish technician will therefore begin a new adventure in France at OM. His mission will be to revive the reserve of Marseille, relegated to National 3.
OM Mercato: Marco Otero succeeds Nasser Larguet
To note that Marco Otero initially reached an agreement to free himself from his contract expiring in June 2024 with Valencia, where he held the same position. It was also within the Spanish club that he had the opportunity to collaborate with Pablo Longoria. And since then, the two men have had an excellent relationship. They will thus work together once again in Marseille.
New director of the Olympique de Marseille training center, Marco Otero also succeeds Nasser Larguet, who recently resigned before returning to Saudi Arabia. The restructuring of its organization chart completed, OM can now fully concentrate on its next summer transfer window. The management of the Marseille club is already working to bring in new reinforcements for the coming season.
