Zapping Goal! soccer club FC Nantes: the 10 biggest sales of the Canaries
If the transfer market is still sluggish in France, elite clubs are registering movements via loan returns. And some could be a problem, like that of Kader Bamba in Nantes. Indeed, the 28-year-old attacking midfielder left Loire-Atlantique on bad terms with many people, including Antoine Kombouaré, last summer.
He had indeed fallen out with Raymond Domenech in January 2021 because the latter had refused to lend him to Amiens. Three months later, Kombouaré had removed him from his group for disciplinary reasons before a trip to Strasbourg. Sent to Picardy in 2021-22, Bamba had an honorable season there, with 2 goals and 7 assists in 28 matches.
Enough to have a new chance at the Canaries? Antoine Kombouaré proved with Ludovic Blas that he knew how to pass the towel after friction with a player…
