In negotiations with Paris Saint-Germain to let go of Christophe Galtier, OGC Nice is asking for a nice check to sell the last two years of his coach’s contract. Paris intends to negotiate well.
After surveying the coaching market, the club from the French capital has made its choice: Christophe Galtier will be the next PSG coach. Now that Zinedine Zidane, Qatar’s number one choice, has decided not to join Paris this season, Luis Campos will therefore do his utmost to bring his former colleague from Lille back to the Parc des Princes side. But while all parties have been pulling in the same direction for a few days, knowing that Nice wants to get rid of Galtier to bring Lucien Favre back, discussions between the two clubs are continuing. And so far, no one is letting go over big bucks.

PSG ready to put young people in the balance?
Except that to validate this, the PSG and the OGCN will have to find common ground. As soon as possible, knowing that the two French clubs want to quickly reach an agreement to be able to start next season. Suffice to say that Paris will have to put a little water in its wine, either by aligning itself with the financial requirements of Nice or by releasing young talents, like Djeidi Gassama, in the deal… It will be so if the PSG wants see Galtier on his bench during the Trophée des Champions against Nantes next July then against Clermont during the first day of L1 in August.
