These are statements that will not help the image of Meghan Markle. According The Daily MailBuckingham Palace reportedly buried a report in which it was claimed that the Duchess of Sussex had inappropriate behavior towards her staff, just before leaving for the United States. She was allegedly accused of intimidating those who worked for her. But now, according to the Sunday Times, this damning report will never be made public. Queen Elizabeth II had however paid for an investigation which was carried out by an independent law firm.
But in a bid to ease tensions between the British royal family and the Sussexes, this report will therefore remain secret. During this internal investigation, “four or five” former collaborators who worked with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have reportedly been questioned. But since the summer of 2021, no one would want to testify against the Sussexes anymore. Indeed, a little over a year after the launch of this internal investigation, royal officials no longer wish to discuss this case.
Meghan Markle allegedly intimidated her staff
Buckingham Palace does not wish to make a public statement on the report. Nevertheless, the British tabloids were able to obtain some information: two former executives accuse Meghan Markle of having intimidated them and “humiliated”. One of her former assistants revealed that the Duchess of Sussex would have used “emotional cruelty and manipulation that could also be called bullying” towards her. Meghan Markle had previously refuted these claims during her interview with Oprah Winfrey, indicating that Buckingham Palace would use the media to “to peddle an entirely false narrative”.
